System (QMS). ESI Canada's QMS is registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard for the design and
management of health benefit services. This allows ESI
Canada to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products
that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims
to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application
of the system.
The performance of the QMS is monitored regularly to determine
how customers perceive whether the organization has met their requirements.
This includes client services, product offerings, and information
systems.
